Swimming Ace Adam Peaty Signs With Speedo

Speedo has agreed a multi-year sponsorship deal with British triple Olympic champion Adam Peaty.

The World record holder joins the swimwear brand’s Team Speedo alongside leading international athletes such as Caeleb Dressel and Emma McKeon.

Peaty said he chose to partner with the brand due to its athletes’ success in the pool. The athlete also said he would like to play a role in supporting Speedo’s future activity which centres around sustainability and increasing participation levels in swimming.

Peaty said, “I’m really excited to be joining Team Speedo alongside so many of the world’s best swimmers who swam so well in Speedo suits last summer… I’m excited about the support Speedo can offer me in [my] quest for greatness. The figures from Tokyo speak for themselves and I’m certain this partnership will help me reach the next level.”

Speedo said its products were worn by 61% of swimmers who won gold medals at Tokyo 2020.
