Watchmaker TAG Heuer has announced an extension to its Premier League partnership, celebrating with the launch of a new Premier League Interactive Watchface, available to owners of the brand’s Connected Modular products.
The news was revealed at an event attended by Richard Masters, Premier League managing director, and Premier League playing legends Ian Wright and Jermaine Jenas.
Under the extension, TAG Heuer will continue as Official Timekeeper of the Premier League, with both in-stadium and broadcast partnership rights. Other terms have not been disclosed.
Jean Claude Biver, CEO of TAG Heuer and president of the LVMH Group Watch Division welcomed the renewal, saying: “We are delighted to extend our official Timekeeping role with The Premier League. Our partnership with the Premier League shows the important and strong involvement in football of TAG Heuer TAG Heuer were the first official timekeepers of the Premier League and will now see this continued partnership strengthen for the next season.”
To kick off the new season, TAG Heuer has unveiled a dedicated watchface, designed to keep supporters informed of everything happening in the 2018-19 Premier League season, with news and content delivered directly to their watch device.
The interactive tool has been developed in partnership with the Premier League and allows the wearer to customise their dial with their chosen team.
A custom notification service alerts the wearer to match kick offs and goals scored in real time.

TAG Heuer is also Official Timekeeper of a number of Premier League clubs, including Manchester United FC.
