Radio broadcaster talkSPORT will provide listeners with a choice of commentaries for Friday night’s England v Scotland match at EURO 2020.
The Wembley fixture will pit the two nations against each other in a major tournament for the first time since 1996 – a UEFA European Championships game which also took place at the north London venue, before its redevelopment and reopening in 2007.
The radio network says it is getting behind every home nation, and has made the decision to offer two separate commentaries on the match as a result.
An ‘England-focused’ commentary will be available on talkSPORT, with commentary from Jim Proudfoot, Stuart Pearce and Sol Campbell, as well as analysis from Jose Mourinho.
Meanwhile on talkSPORT 2, a ‘Scotland-focused’ programme will air, with presenter Shebahn Aherne alongside pundits Andy Bargh and Paul Dickov.
According to the network, ‘for this game only’, listeners can use the talkSPORT app two switch between the two commentaries, as well as listening on the two separate stations on radio and online.
