Premier League side Manchester United has agreed a deal with golf brand TaylorMade-adidas.
The licensing deal will see the brand launch a range of golf equipment and apparel featuring the football club’s crest and colours.
Manchester United signed a ten year deal with adidas, which started at the beginning of the 2015/16 season, worth £750m.
David Silvers, managing director, TaylorMade-adidas golf EMEA region, said: “As a company we are incredibly excited to be working with Manchester United. We know that there are thousands of golfers on the terraces of Old Trafford each week and around Europe, and to be able to partner with the club to create this range of bespoke merchandise is a fantastic opportunity.
“We’re greatly looking forward to working more closely with the team at Manchester United to further build the partnership between the brands.”
Manchester United group managing director Richard Arnold added: “Like Manchester United, TaylorMade is an iconic name within sport. We believe the range of Manchester United golf attire and accessories produced will be popular with our fans across the globe. These products are reflective of the fantastic quality and design we have experienced from across the adidas group and the strength of what is a fantastic partnership.”
