Technogym, supplier of technology and design-driven products and services in the wellness and fitness industry, has been announced as the official fitness partner of the 10th edition of the Bloomberg Square Mile Relay in London.
Technogym will have a MYRUN zone in the Race Village with the new MYRUN treadmill as part of its activation. A group of Technogym trainers will also run the official warm up for over 1,100 runners representing businesses in the city who will be taking part on the night.
The London leg of the global race series takes place on Thursday 22nd September at Guildhall Yard. More than 110 teams will take part in the corporate relay as they race around the one-mile course.
The race consists of teams of ten, with every participant taking on the one-mile route before handing over the baton to the next colleague in-line to compete. All runners and spectators can then enjoy hospitality and live DJ in the after-party following the race.
James Hassett, executive director, Square Mile Sport said: “Ahead of the 10th anniversary of the Bloomberg Square Mile Relay in London, it’s fantastic to have a global brand such as Technogym supporting the event and helping participants perfect their running technique. The London course always sets an exciting challenge for the runners and I look forward to seeing the winning team set the pace for the other six cities in our global race series to chase!”

The unique event embodies and shares the same values as Technogym, bringing together some of London’s most competitive runners who demonstrate impressive levels of team work, expertise and commitment.
