Following the incredible debut launch of the Sport Industry Report 2025 earlier this year, Sport Industry Group is delighted to announce the report’s return in 2026.


The report will once again combine landmark research from Nielsen Sports and EY with essential thought leadership and contributions from industry experts across key verticals that are reshaping UK sport.

It aims to address the challenges, attitudes and trends that will define the next 12 months in sport, while also arming executives with the requisite insight to make better decisions in the year ahead.

The Report’s publication will once again coincide with a in-person Launch Event at EY’s global offices in London Bridge in mid January. For those unable to attend, the resource will alos be delivered to the offices of every major organisation in sport and available free to download online.

Released as part of SIG’s ambition to recognise and celebrate the best organisations, individuals and work from across the UK sport industry, in its second edition the annual Sport Industry Report will once again serve as a health check for the sector, a yearly focal point to advance the conversation across tending topics and as a resource for organisations to utilise in their own work.

To that end, SIG would like to take this opportunity to invite the industry to submit questions they would like answered and suggest topics to be explored.

Similarly, individuals and organisations interested in featuring in the second edition of this already unmissable annual report should register their interest early as space is limited.
