Social impact and sustainability consultancy Think Beyond has opened a new office in Switzerland, marking its European expansion.
The London-based agency has also hired sustainability specialist Ingrid Beutler as Senior Partner, Europe and Governance.
Meanwhile, Think Beyond has secured a new partnership with the Secured European Club Association (ECA).
As per this agreement, the consultancy will help the ECA implement its ISO 20121:2024, as well as assisting in the development of its first sustainability report.
Through Beutler’s appointment, the consultancy is expanding into integrity and human rights, with clients such as the Centre for Sport and Human Rights, the Danish Institute for Sports Studies, and the EU-funded project – ‘Building European Safe Sport Together’.
During her 18 years of experience within the sports industry, Beutler has worked across governance, integrity, ethics, sustainability, and human rights, and has contributed to numerous Olympic Games.
Think Beyond’s expansive partnership portfolio includes the Premier League, Liverpool, World Rugby, World Athletics, FIBA, ESPN, and SailGP.

“The global sports industry is at a pivotal moment, increasingly aware of its legal and ethical responsibility and potential to lead on sustainability and social impact,” Beutler said.
“Think Beyond’s policy, regulatory, and strategic guidance aims to future proof-sport and ensure climate justice for those most affected by climate change.”
Nick Keller, CEO and Founder of Think Beyond’s parent company Benchmark Sport, added, “Our new office in Switzerland marks an important step in our international growth strategy, which includes best-in-class hires like Ingrid and strategic acquisitions.
“This expansion allows us to better serve our global clients as they deliver meaningful impact and positions us at the heart of sports administration, where international federations and rights holders are navigating the transition to a more sustainable and commercially viable future.”
