The Sport Industry NextGen Leaders will spend an exclusive session with Tracey Crouch MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Sport, Tourism and Heritage, as part of their ongoing Leadership Package.

Through Sport Industry NextGen in partnership with Barclays, the group will spend an hour at the Department for Culture, Media & Sport in London.

The informal meeting will offer the Sport Industry NextGen Leaders an opportunity to gain valuable insight into Tracey’s role and responsibilities; including sport, gambling, tourism and heritage, together with the chance to openly ask her any questions.

Sport Industry NextGen in partnership with Barclays identifies tomorrow’s leaders, rewards their potential and nurtures their talent through a dedicated Leadership Package to better equip them for future leadership roles.

Nick Keller, chairman of Sport Industry Group, commented: “We strongly believe in the importance of bridging the gap between the sport industry and Westminster, and giving young, ambitious Leaders the opportunity to spend time with the likes of Tracey will only help to close this gap in the future.”

The talk and Q&A session at the Department for Culture, Media & Sport will mark the latest instalment of the Leadership Package that the 2016 Sport Industry NextGen Leaders have received throughout the year.

The group have already experienced a day at Barclays’ global headquarters hearing from influential members of the business, an executive leadership workshop at Loughborough University London, a 24 hour experience with the Inspirational Development Group at Sandhurst, an annual VIP pass to the Inspired Leaders Network, membership to the Sport Industry Breakfast Club 2016, and more.
