Travelex Renews WTA Tour Deal

Travelex, the foreign exchange company, and the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour have extended their partnership for two years through 2011.

Under the terms of the agreement, Travelex will continue to act as the exclusive official International Payments Provider for the Tour, its tournaments and players, including the payment of player prize money at Tour tournaments. 

The WTA has 2,225 players representing 91 countries competing across 53 Sony Ericsson WTA Tour tournaments around the globe.

Travelex will be granted sponsorship exclusivity in the international payments provider category and will be used exclusively for all corporate foreign exchange services.
