Agency of the Year, Two Circles, has revealed the results of its latest work – in partnership with La Liga side Valencia CF – on the club’s 2014/15 season-ticket campaign.

As a result of the campaign, the club has grown the number of season ticket holders by over 3,500 compared to last season, exceeding the reportedly ambitious sales targets in the process.

Valencia CF has been working with Two Circles since January 2014, having appointed the agency to help the club improve the way it communicates with its customers.

The season ticket campaign represented an important element of the agency’s work from the end of last season onwards.

Luis Vicente, chief revenue & marketing officer at Valencia CF, said: ‘The results of our work with Two Circles to date have been outstanding. The season ticket campaign in particular stands to illustrate the quality of work the agency is helping us to deliver. We have started using data to put customers at the heart of our thinking and as a direct result we are delivering on our business objectives – we’re hugely excited to see what Two Circles will help us achieve in the future.’

Sam Yardley, lead consultant at Two Circles, added: ‘We have relished working with Valencia and are delighted to be able to share some of the success that our innovative international partnership is yielding. Above and beyond the results of this campaign, we’re particularly proud of the way that Valencia have started to share our belief in data as an immensely powerful tool for unlocking commercial potential.’

In May, Two Circles won the Agency of the Year Award at the BT Sport Industry Awards – entries are now open for the 2015 edition of the prestigious event. Find out more here.
