Two Circles has been appointed by the Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) to help the organisation deepen relationships with fans across live events and other platforms.
The new partnership will see BT Sport Industry Awards 2017 Agency of the Year, Two Circles, support the AVP with its data-driven approach and market-leading products to understand its fan base, and use insight around its relationship with the beach volleyball audience to increase fan engagement, optimise marketing and drive commercial growth in areas such as sponsorship.
The organisation has been home for some of volleyball’s professional athletes, including gold medallists Karch Kiraly, Kent Steffes, Misty May-Treanor, Kerri Walsh Jennings, Todd Rogers and Phil Dalhausser.
“We are thrilled to team up with Two Circles, an agency with a solid reputation both domestically and internationally,” said Donald Sun, managing partner of AVP. “We are thrilled with the results that they’ve already produced and believe that they will play a central role in our ambitions to grow both our business and understanding of who our fans are, and what shapes their relationship with beach volleyball at a much deeper level.”
Two Circles, CEO, Gareth Balch added: “AVP is an ambitious rights-holder – and one that is committed to doing things differently and harnessing the power of the new digital landscape to take their amazing product to sports fans across the world. We’re excited to be working with such an innovative organisation and seeing the positive results of our data-driven partnership.”
Two Circles’ North American partners now include the NFL, MLS, United Bid 2026 and the AVP.
