Any fears that Poland and Ukraine would not have the resources and sustainability to host the 2012 UEFA European Championships have been dispelled.??
UEFA has released the match schedule for the tournament that some had feared may not be ready in time.
UEFA president Michel Platini voiced concerns earlier in the year that he thinks some of the stadiums in Ukraine may not be constructed on schedule.
However, UEFA looks to have allayed such fears and announced that Kiev in Ukraine will host the final.??
In Poland, Wroclaw and Poznan will host three group stage matches, while Gdansk will host three group stage matches and a quarter-final. ??
Warsaw will host three group stage matches, including the opening Group A game featuring Poland, a quarter-final and a semi-final. ??
Whilst in Ukraine, Kharkiv and Lviv will host three group stage matches.??Donetsk will host three group stage matches, a quarter-final and a semi-final and Kiev will play host to three group stage matches, a quarter-final and the final. ??
The Championships will take place between 8th June and 1st July in 2012.
