UK Sport Partners With Ihg
UK Sport, the government agency responsible for elite sport, has entered a multi-year partnership with the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
Under the agreement, IHG will offer its accommodation to UK Sport and its associated national governing bodies, which will be permitted to use IHG’s hotels for conferences and meetings.
British athletes, along with their support teams, will also be able to stay in IHG accommodation at a discounted price.
UK Sport chief executive Liz Nicholl said: “UK Sport, and those we support, operate nationally and internationally and, therefore, the ability to provide our athletes, sport and staff with value-for-money accommodation will help our drive for efficiencies without compromising on performance.

IHG’s portfolio of hotel brands includes InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts and Holiday Inn Express
