Under Armour Expands European Presence

Under Armour has continued its European expansion, announcing upcoming plans to move to new headquarters as part of the development of ‘The Olympic Amsterdam’ area.

Under Armour will move its European team into the Citroën buildings at the Amsterdam Stadionplein. The newly renovated buildings will become a space for the sports performance brand to continue to grow.

The redevelopment of the building is planned to be finished in the summer of 2017, with the whole area around the Olympic Stadium being modernised to become ‘The Olympic Amsterdam’. This new destination will create new areas for sport, commerce, design and innovation.

Chris Bate, managing director, Under Armour Europe commented: “We are hugely excited to move our European headquarters to an area of such great design, innovation and sporting history. Innovation is at our core and we feel this incredible space will continue to drive us forward as a brand across Europe. This will become one of, if not, the most attractive European headquarters within our industry.”
