Under Armour Launches New Storm Range
Under Armour has launched its new range of UA Storm apparel in the UK for athletes ready to take on the elements this autumn, feature a water repellent technology.
A “DWR” (dynamic water repellent) finish – which repels rain and snow – will feature in the new range, which includes hoodies, jackets, trousers and leggings.
Under Armour athlete and Welsh Rugby Union player Jamie Roberts said of the product: ‘Wearing Storm, there are no limitations, even when the weather is at its worst. The protection and lightweight feel allows you to give everything without having to focus your energy on battling the elements.’
After expanding its presence in Europe, Under Armour has extended its sponsorship portfolio in the region in recent years with signings such as Tottenham Hotspur and the Wales Rugby team.
