Wasserman Signs Billy Vunipola
Wasserman Media Group has announced that Saracens and England rugby union star Billy Vunipola has joined the agency.
The 22 year-old has become a regular starter in both the Saracens and England back row and featured against New Zealand and South Africa in the Autumn Internationals, but has been ruled out of England’s final game against Australia with concussion.
Wasserman will be responsible for developing Vunipola’s commercial & PR opportunities and joins a client roster that already includes the likes of Steven Gerrard, Mesut Özil, Mark Cavendish, Cal Crutchlow, George Groves and Anthony Ogogo.
Vunipola said: ‘I’m really excited to join Wasserman. I feel they are perfectly positioned to be able to help me away from the rugby pitch as I continue to strive to improve on it. Their client list across many sports is superb and I am looking forward to the future together.’
