Wasserman Signs Mako Vunipola

England and Saracens star Mako Vunipola has teamed up with Wasserman Media Group, joining his brother Billy Vunipola. 

Mako, who has played 27 times for England, was part of the 2013 British and Irish Lions Tour to Australia and has over 70 caps for Saracens.

Wasserman will be responsible for developing Vunipola’s commercial and PR opportunities and he joins a client roster including Steven Gerrard, Mesut Özil, Morgan Lake, Cal Crutchlow and George Groves.

Vunipola said: “It was a great opportunity for me to join Wasserman and be with my brother Billy. I have seen the great work they have already done with him and I’m looking forward to the future together.”

Adam Phillips, director, Action Sports at Wasserman, added: “Mako is a fantastic player, who has an incredible rugby CV, and a great future ahead of him, and it’s exciting to be working with both the Vunipola brothers.”
