West Brom Joins Forces With EA Sports

Premier League side West Bromwich Albion has signed EA Sports as its official fan engagement partner for the 2015/16 season.

As part of the arrangement the makers of the FIFA videogame series will collaborate on various social media campaigns and run competitions and fan events throughout the year at the Hawthorns stadium. The EA Sports Dugout will also make appearances at a new fanzone at the stadium offering opportunities for fans to play and win copies of the latest FIFA game.

Dan Holman, head of product marketing at EA Sports, said: “We’re delighted to be working with West Bromwich Albion as their official fan engagement partner and we look forward to creating memorable experiences this season through FIFA 16 and the club’s digital channels.”

George Harborne, head of partnerships at West Brom, added: “To collaborate with EA Sports on the promotion of their FIFA 16 title is a real pleasure for us and we are very much looking forward to bringing our superb fans and the brand closer together on the back of some great activity toward the end of last season.”
