The AELTC has appointed Michelle Dite as its new Operations Director.

Beginning her new role on 5th May 2020, she will take over many of the current day-to-day responsibilities of current Strategic Planning and Operations Director Sally Bolton, who will become the new CEO of the AELTC on 1st August 2020.

With over 20 years’ experience in the major events industry, Dite – who will report directly to Bolton – joins the Wimbledon organisers after running her own event consultancy business over the last four years.

In that time, she has delivered services to The Boat Race, Rugby League World Cup 2021, British Cycling and the Invictus Games Foundation, where she also consulted for the organising committees of Invictus Games Sydney 2018 and The Hague 2020. She has also been involved in delivering events such as the MLB London Series.

Previously, Dite joined agency Fast Track in 1998 and worked across CSM Sport & Entertainment, where she worked with an extensive portfolio of rights holders, sporting governing bodies and federations, venues, brands and charities.
