Women in Football board welcomes new directors

Women in Football has strengthened its board with the appointment of four new non-executive directors.


Maggie Murphy, Rafaela Pimienta, Nuria Tarre, and Zoe Webber have joined the board to help achieve Women in Football’s strategic goals.

Murphy is a sports business consultant and former CEO of Lewes FC. Pimienta is a football agent and lawyer. Tarre is Chief Marketing & Fan Experience Officer at City Football Group. Webber is Executive Director at Norwich City FC.

These appointments aim to enhance Women in Football’s strategic direction and long-term success by leveraging the directors’ expertise and networks.

Ebru Köksal, Chair of Women in Football, said, “We are delighted to welcome Maggie, Nuria, Rafaela and Zoe to the WIF board as of 1 April 2025. Their appointment marks an exciting step forward in our mission to drive meaningful and lasting change in the game.
