Adidas Spot Promotes Infinite Play Trade-in

Adidas has launched a new spot to promote its Infinite Play initiative – a scheme designed to reduce waste from its products.

Customers who have purchased adidas products can trade in their old gear. The company will then ‘pass on’ to others to stop old clothes, trainers and sport equipment making its way to landfill sites or even the ocean.

The spot features a woman throwing away an old adidas jacket only to think better of her decision after reflecting on the damage it causes to the environment. The company then says it will collect, clean and repair old products before passing them on or turning them into something new.
