The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has appointed creative consultancy Earnie to help drive awareness and ticket sales in the 2017 NatWest T20 Blast.
Following a pitch Earnie has been appointed to develop a new marketing campaign for the domestic twenty20 2017 season. The new creative will launch before Christmas and positions the format within digital and content channels, targeting cricket fans of all ages.
ECB, head of marketing, Rob Calder said: “The NatWest T20 Blast is growing in attendance year on year, so it is important we continue this success. The proposal from Earnie was impressive and ultimately their approach of incorporating flexible digital content alongside our in-house resource, made them stand out during the pitch process.”
Alistair Gammell, managing director, Earnie said: “We are delighted to carry on working with the ECB and with a full calendar of sport next summer, we are confident that the NatWest T20 Blast competition will continue to grow in popularity.”
