Joshua Signs JD Partnership

Anthony Joshua has signed a new multi-fight sponsorship with JD, ahead of his heavyweight fight this weekend.

The new deal, brokered by SportsQuake, will see Joshua and his team collaborate with JD on branded content and other activations, including fan competitions, meet and greets, and will also feature in JD’s boxing magazine show, JD Undisputed.

To launch the partnership, Joshua and JD have teamed up to give fans the chance to have their photo taken with the heavyweight king’s belts in JD’s Queen Street Cardiff store.

The unified world heavyweight champion, who will fight Carlos Takam at the Principality Stadium, Cardiff on Saturday, will choose the best pose with the winner receiving two tickets to fight night as well as a meet and greet at a JD event in the near future.

On the partnership, Anthony Joshua, MBE said: “I’m buzzing to partner with JD. I have been a customer since I was a kid. I’m really looking forward to working with the guys on a range of projects to help young people achieve their full potential whether that be in boxing, music or whatever their passion is. I can’t wait to put on a show for the team Saturday night.”
