Root Joins New Balance Team
Joe Root has signed a new partnership deal with New Balance, joining a roster of England test cricketers that already includes Ben Stokes, Mark Wood and Gary Ballance.
‘Team New Balance’, along with their fellow England test cricketers, arrived in the UAE this week ahead of their test series against Pakistan in a two month tour.
The series includes three tests, four one-day internationals and three Twenty20 internationals.
The England vice captain will be using the New Balance kit throughout this series and beyond, including products from the New Balance TC range.
Joe Root said: “It’s been a fantastic year for me so far and I’ve been working hard to prepare for the next big challenge, which this test series will invariably present. Pakistan are a tough team and there will be tough conditions.”
The 24 year old became the world’s leading batsman this summer after his century at Trent Bridge which helped England regain the Ashes.
