The biggest night of the sport industry calendar is here!

If you are lucky enough to be attending the FEVO Sport Industry Awards 2023, here are some key things to remember before arriving!

KEY INFO

Venue:

Evolution London, Chelsea Bridge Gate, Battersea Park, London, SW8 4NW

6.30pm: Champagne Reception
7.30pm: Dinner & Awards
11.00pm: After Party
3.00am: Taxis

Dress Code: Black Tie

TRAVEL

This year, we are encouraging as many guests to walk to the venue to ensure the event is environmentally friendly as possible. To make the journey easier, we have introduced a Trainer Drop Off at the cloakroom to ensure it’s a simple swap at the venue!

Battersea Park and Queenstown Road train stations are only a 15-minute walk from the venue.

ARRIVAL

To ensure our sustainability commitments are met, we have worked to reduce paper waste at the vent with the introduction of e-tickets.

It is crucial that all guests download their e-tickets before arriving at the event to ensure a smooth entrance to the venue.

All table hosts must make sure tickets are distributed to individual guests before arrival.

DEPARTURE

There will be a Black Cab Taxi Rank outside the venue from 11.00pm

Pre-booked Taxis, including Uber and Bolt, will need to collect you from the Chelsea Gate Car Park (at the top of the drive to the venue) – Carriage Drive North, London SW11 4NJ.

Please note this will be the only gate open to the park at this time of night.

SUSTAINABILITY

We have selected a fully sustainable menu with locally sourced ingredients and minimum waste at this year’s Awards.

Additionally, we’re proud to announce that – through our new partnership with One Tree Planted – one tree will be planted for each of the 1,500 attendees at this year’s Awards and official certificates will shortly be sent out to all guests.

SPORT TOGETHER FUND

Sport Industry Group is proud to support the Sport Together Fund delivered by Beyond Sport. Please consider donating to aid organisations that are using sport to rebuild community and hope for refugees and asylum seekers in times of crisis.
