Little Sticks is Majesticks GC’s national community programme, using golf to build resilience, teamwork and respect in children, especially those disengaged from traditional PE. By equipping teachers with training, resources and ongoing mentorship, the programme embeds life-skill development sustainably within PE provision.

Reaching 42,000 pupils across 200 schools, it has generated £53m in lifetime social value and enables teachers to tailor delivery to diverse needs. Independent evaluation from Sheffield Hallam University evidences improved listening, patience and self-regulation, with families of children with additional needs reporting new opportunities to participate together. Schools also cite reduced behavioural issues and stronger emotional regulation. Majesticks GC amplifies best practice nationally through published research and player involvement, strengthening community connection.

Little Sticks additionally enhances Majesticks GC’s brand value, commercial partnerships and youth engagement, positioning the team as a leader in meaningful social impact across golf. This further solidifies its long-term role in educational communities nationwide.
