Majesticks Golf Club pulled off the largest ever closest-to-the-pin competition earlier this year in collaboration with Trackman, to engage with their current fanbase and introduce new fans to an interactive virtual competition in turn, making golf more fun and accessible to all.

This competition combined fans attempts at home (whether that was on a driving range or indoor golf facility) and professional golfers during an actual professional tournament. This allowed our broadcast team to build anticipation for the fans watching the coverage as they already knew their proximity to the hole from their attempts prior.

Not only did the fans get bragging rights if they got inside one of our players, they also were entered into a ballot to win the chance to play with one of our four players, Ian Poulter, Henrik Stenson, Lee Westwood or Sam Horsfield. This ended up being Trackman’s largest competition to date.
