THE FA

In the last 12 months, The Football Association [The FA] has continued to innovate, invigorate and cultivate English football.

For our elite teams, 2025 has resulted in sporting history. Our Lionesses roared to victory with a consecutive EURO win this summer, and our Men’s U21s followed with their U21 EURO title, following their triumph in 2023. England Senior Men lay the foundations for the World Cup 2026 with an undefeated qualification campaign.

Our Para teams have thrived – England’s Blind Men won the Nations Cup, with our Partially-Sighted, Blind Women, Powerchair and Cerebral Palsy teams reaching major finals.

Grassroots football remains the beating heartbeat of what we do. During the first year of our strategy, Inspiring positive change through football, we have already surpassed some of our objectives as we realise our mission to deliver a game For All – free from discrimination, equal opportunities for women and girls, and outstanding facilities.
