CARGO Global Eats launched at the Formula 1 British Grand Prix 2025 as a GA+ destination, bridging the gap between general admission and traditional hospitality. Built to transform major sporting events into vibrant street food hubs, CARGO offers premium global flavours, signature drinks, and a handpicked lineup of award-winning vendors curated in partnership with the British Street Food Awards. The street food offering varied from Brazilian brisket at Broll Grill, to TikTok favourites Meat Head Tacos, Michelin-starred smash burgers from Heard, and artisan cocktails from Poppy’s Pineapples. The space was designed for quality, theatre, and a clear sense of occasion that still felt informal and accessible. With generous seating, live entertainment, and an Instagrammable atmosphere, CARGO drove longer stays, higher spend, and social sharing through our 6,000+ creator network. Year-on-year for the same area at the British Grand Prix, sales uplift reached 35%, with dwell time up 53%.
