Premier League football club AFC Bournemouth has secured partnership extensions with DeWalt and Uber Eats for the 2023/24 season.
The first deal, with DeWalt, will see the power tool manufacturer’s branding appear on the sleeves of the Cherries’ men’s team home, away and third kits.
The renewal marks the second season that the partnership has been in place following on from Bournemouth’s successful Premier League campaign last year.
Rob Mitchell, Commercial Director at AFC Bournemouth, said, “We are pleased to continue to work with DeWalt, who are valued partners of the club.
“As official shirt sleeve sponsor, they’re ensuring their brand will be seen by millions of people around the world, thanks to the global coverage of the Premier League.”
The Cherries also extended its partnership with Uber Eats as the club’s official online food ordering and delivery platform.
As part of the partnership, the club will be launching a new matchday promotion called Clean Sheets with Uber Eats.
If the Cherries keep a clean sheet at any game this season, local restaurant El Murrino will give supporters a huge 50% off orders via the Uber Eats app.
Rob Mitchell, commented, “We’re delighted to continue working with such a reputable organisation.
“We’re working on some really exciting activations, especially the new Clean Sheets with Uber Eats, which adds a new dimension to a supporter’s matchday experience.”
An Uber Eats spokesperson, expressed, “We are thrilled to announce our continued partnership with AFC Bournemouth for another year.
“We can’t wait to bring to life the plans for the partnership over the season and we have some really amazing treats and offers lined up for Bournemouth fans as the season gets underway.
“We wish the team the best of luck for the season and hope fans will make the most of upcoming offers and order from their local favourites as we strive to become the fans’ platform of choice”.
