Global sports streaming platform DAZN has announced an extended partnership with the DFL, securing domestic Bundesliga rights in Germany and other DACH markets until 2029.

The expanded deal will see DAZN cover approximately 80% of all Bundesliga matches each season, offering access to German football for fans across Europe, including those in the UK.

Starting from the 2025 season, DAZN will increase its live Bundesliga coverage from 106 to 240 matches per season. For the first time, the platform will broadcast the Saturday Bundesliga Konferenz, a simultaneous live format that captures key moments across multiple matches. All Sunday Bundesliga fixtures will remain exclusively available on DAZN, further solidifying its comprehensive football offering.

DAZN has maintained its status as a global partner of the Bundesliga since 2017, holding broadcast rights in markets such as Belgium, Spain, Portugal, and Canada. This renewal aligns with DAZN’s broader strategy to unite top-tier football leagues on a single platform, providing fans with access to competitions such as the UEFA Champions League, LALIGA, Serie A, Ligue 1, and the FIFA Club World Cup 2025.

The announcement follows DAZN’s recent confirmation as the exclusive global broadcast partner for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™, which will be made widely available in a free-to-view format.

Shay Segev, DAZN Group CEO, said, “The renewal of our partnership with the DFL, resulting in the expansion of DAZN’s offering of Bundesliga games from the coming season, cements DAZN as the home of football in Germany.

“It’s a fantastic outcome for the league, clubs and fans, and highlights DAZN’s enduring appeal as the partner of choice for the world’s biggest leagues.”
