Pepsi has named Jack Grealish as a global brand ambassador after signing a multi-year agreement with the Manchester City and England footballer.
The deal is worth seven figures, according to multiple UK media outlets, who reported the agreement back in February.
The 28-year-old will feature prominently in the soft drinks brand’s upcoming football campaign, which will aim to create ‘unexpected and unrivalled football experiences for worldwide fans’.
The City star joins Pepsi’s partnership roster that includes Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jr., Tottenham Hotspur captain Son Heung-min, and England England Lionesses captain Leah Williamson. All four players will also be included in Pepsi Max’s ‘soon-to-be-announced’ campaign.
Grealish’s other endorsements include a reported seven figure Gucci deal, as well as Puma, Bose and Airwayz.
Confirmation of the deal comes ahead of this summer’s men’s UEFA Euro 2024 tournament, which kicks off on 14th June.
“I’m buzzing to partner with Pepsi as a global brand ambassador,” said Grealish.
“Pepsi has a great heritage working with the biggest names in world football, and I’m excited to join their mission to unlock enjoyment for football fans around the world and encourage everyone to play the beautiful game.”
