Vitality has announced a partnership with Maro Itoje, who takes on the role of ambassador. Maro joins Vitality ambassadors Jessica Ennis-Hill, Jonny Wilkinson and Joe Root.
As an England Rugby player, Maro will be looking to inspire people to get active and make positive changes to their health. He will be offering advice and motivating everyone to take steps towards lifelong wellness.
The health and life insurer has a rugby portfolio that includes, Rugby World Cup winner Jonny Wilkinson who has been a Vitality ambassador since 2013 and the company is the official wellness partner of England Rugby, Scottish Rugby and Welsh Rugby. Vitality also sponsored the World Rugby Under-20 Championship earlier this year.
To officially announce the partnership, Maro paid a visit to Twickenham Stadium, the home of England Rugby, ahead of an autumn of rugby with the Old Mutual Wealth Series, which kicks off with England playing South Africa on 12th November.

It’s the third brand partnership announced for Itoje in October, following the announcement the rugby player will be ambassador for Maximuscle and Ricoh.
