Betfair has dropped a ‘Fan Parachute Payment’ of £5,000 in the vicinity of the city of Hull in an attempt to cheer up fans as the Premier League season draws to a close. Betfair has dropped the package containing the £5,000 ‘Parachute Payment’ from a specially designed drone from the skies over Hull on Wednesday morning, and will be tweeting clues of its whereabouts throughout the day.
