Carl Ikeme Fronts Miller’s Insure Your Future Campaign

Former Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper Carl Ikeme has fronted Miller Insurance’s Insure Your Future campaign.

Ikeme was diagnosed with acute Leukemia in July 2017 after a routine pre-season blood test showed abnormal results. After battling the illness, he retired a year later in July 2018 on medical grounds.

Miller point out that 30 professional footballers each year in the UK have their career cut short through injury or illness, and its Insure Your Future campaign seeks to raise awareness of the fact that the financial impact of that can be mitigated with proper insurance cover.
