Chelsea FC has revealed Three UK as the club’s first ever women’s-only principal partner.
As per the agreement, the telecommunications provider will sponsor Chelsea Women’s training kit from the upcoming 2024/24 season.
In May, the West London club detailed a long-term strategic growth plan for Chelsea Women, which would see WSL champions receive a dedicated commercial leadership team, as well as being positioned ‘alongside, rather than beneath’ the men’s side.
Earlier this week, Chelsea announced cryptocurrency exchange BingX as the training wear partner of the men’s team for the upcoming season.

Three has a longstanding relationship with Chelsea, having served as the Blues’ main shirt sponsor for the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons.
In 2022, Three and Chelsea launched the ‘WeSeeYou’ network, a community initiative that celebrates women in sport.
“At Three, we are proud to shine a light on female talent, both on and off the pitch which is why the partnership with Chelsea Women is the perfect fit,” said Elaine Carey, Chief Commercial Officer of Three UK & Ireland.
“Following an incredible number of years building the WeSeeYou network, we’re excited to continue supporting, celebrating, and connecting women in sport, to help them reach their full potential.”
Casper Stylsvig, Chief Revenue Officer at Chelsea, added, “After an incredible end to the 2024 season and a seventh WSL title, along with the redefined resources and team in place to help the squad grow on and off the pitch, it’s the perfect time to reimagine the positioning of the partnership with a greater focus on our hugely successful Women’s team.
“Three have consistently delivered best-in-class initiatives in the women’s football community, and their new role as a principal partner of the team is a perfect illustration of our joint passion for the game and ambition to be innovative.”
