RFU
The RFU delivered a record-breaking year, overcoming significant challenges in early 2024 to make meaningful progress and drive growth in rugby.
As the NGB, we unite and grow the game – from elite performance to community engagement – creating measurable social, economic, and cultural impact.
We lead the world in developing women’s and girls’ rugby, with the only standalone commercial strategy, helping to deliver a landmark Women’s Rugby World Cup and record participation.
In the men’s game, our partnership with Prem clubs has stabilised the league, boosted attendance, and kept England’s top talent here, whilst Nations Championship is shaping rugby’s future.
T1 Rugby has engaged 1,800 schools and 60 dedicated staff are expanding participation and accessibility.
Through resilience, innovation, and collaboration, we have strengthened governance, inclusion, sustainability, and engagement, achieving record revenues, a sustainable grassroots game, and pioneering legacy programme – cementing the RFU as a strong leader in sport.
