England suffered a bruising defeat in the rugby, Raducanu secured victory in California, and Arsenal extended their lead at the top of the Premier League. After a fantastic weekend of sport, we’ve taken a look back at the stories from on and off the field…

France produced a ruthless display to condemn England to their heaviest home defeat and keep their Six Nations title defence alive with a seven-try win.

The 10-53 loss was also the third biggest defeat in England’s history.

Last week, the Rugby Football Union (RFU) announced a multi-year partnership with Continental Tyres.

Britain’s Emma Raducanu overcame a disrupted build-up to earn a gutsy first-round win at Indian Wells, despite deciding only 20 minutes before the start to play.

Amid illness and a recurring wrist injury, Raducanu, 20, won 6-2 6-3 against Montenegro’s Danka Kovinic.

The Indian Wells Masters is part of the ATP Tour. Last month, ATP Media, the global broadcast production and distribution arm of the ATP Tour, partnered with WSC Sports, an AI-powered video content business.

Despite a 7-0 victory against Manchester United in their last Premier League outing, Liverpool fell to defeat against relegation-threatened AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League’s first match of the weekend.

Phillip Billing scored for the Cherries in the first half before Mohammed Salah missed a penalty after the break, dented Jurgen Klopp’s side’s top four hopes.

There has been better news off the pitch for the Reds. The club recently extended its partnership with shirt sleeve sponsor Expedia.

British number one Cameron Norrie came from behind to beat Japanese qualifier Taro Daniel on Sunday and reach the last 16 at Indian Wells.

The 10th seed was a set and 4-1 down in California but won the next five games before clinching the second set.

The 2021 champion, 27, then saw out the decider to claim a 6-7 (5-7) 7-5 6-2 win.

In November, Norrie has signed with UK-based sports management and sponsorship sales business ARETÉ.

Arsenal retained their five-point gap at the top of the Premier League with a 0-3 away victory against Fulham.

A dominant first-half display saw goals from Gabriel, Gabriel Martinelli and Martin Odegaard, and a hattrick of assets from Leandro Trossard.

Reports in February claimed that the Premier League is closing in on a commercial deal with video-game developer Electronic Arts (EA).

Veloce Racing secured their first ever victory in Extreme E following a penalty for on course winners Rosberg X Racing (RXR) in the Grand Final of the opening round in NEOM, Saudi Arabia.

Last week, Veloce Racing extended its partnership with E.ON.
