Breakfast Club 2011 Line-up Revealed
The Sport Industry Group is delighted to reveal the interviewee line-up for the Nolan Partners Sport Industry Breakfast Club 2011, with three of the biggest industry names from football, rugby union and basketball on the agenda.
The 2011 Breakfast Club will kick-off on Friday, 4th March with an exclusive interview with Adam Silver, Deputy Commissioner of the NBA, on the day of the first-ever regular-season game to be staged in Europe.
The Club will reconvene for a second time on Wednesday, 15th June when John Steele, the newly installed Chief Executive of the Rugby Football Union, will take to the stage to talk through some of the structural changes he is implementing within the governing body as it gears up to host the Rugby World Cup in 2015.
On Tuesday, 20th September, the Club members will come together for a third time to hear the thoughts of Ivan Gazidis, Chief Executive of Arsenal F.C., on his plans for the Premier League club and the future of football governance.
A fourth and final speaker to address the 2011 Breakfast Club in November will be unveiled later in the year.

Now in its second year, the Sport Industry Breakfast Club has been established to create four uniquely positioned events annually that will see prominent individuals from the global sporting hierarchy interviewed on relevant and topical subjects in front of industry executives from across the entire spectrum of UK sport.
For 2010, Andy Anson, CEO of England’s bid to host the 2018 World Cup; Roger Draper, Chief Executive of the Lawn Tennis Association; McDonald’s UK CEO Steve Easterbrook; and Tim Leiweke, President and CEO of AEG Worldwide, formed the speaker line-up that addressed the Breakfast Club members.
