Former YouGov Sport executives Charlie Dundas and Josh Marcus have launched a new agency, GSIQ, which will provide intelligence analysis for the sports industry.

Specialising in ‘human-backed data intelligence analysis’, GSIQ has bold ambitions to ‘revolutionise the client experience’, placing a strong focus on the importance of data and human insights for decision makers.

The agency’s founders, Dundas and Marcus, have more than 30 years of combined industry experience, having worked with sports rightsholders, brands and agencies across the sector.

In a release announcing the agency’s launch, GSIQ says it will focus on ‘nations that are shaping the future of sport’, across the UK, Europe, India and Pakistan.

GSIQ Co-Founder Marcus, said, “We believe GSIQ and our attention to emboldening clients with intelligence, excellence and innovation through expertise and analysis is an unrivalled offering that will propel clients to achieve their goals.”

Fellow Co-Founder Dundas, added, “We have heard first-hand the frustration of stakeholders who are bombarded with generic products instead of the insightful, relevant solutions they truly required. We’re here to change that.

“GSIQ is a boutique agency providing bespoke solutions to a market which is very much in need of personal relationship building and experts capable of understanding the stories within the data. Speaking to many, we feel the bigger industry players just can’t do that anymore.”
