23 Capital has appointed Darrell McLennan Fordyce as its new Global CMO.
McLennan Fordyce will join the London office of the capital and solutions provider, which focuses exclusively on the sports, music and entertainment sectors, while his remit will be to build the 23 Capital brand across the world and working with the company’s origination and strategy teams.
As well as serving as a judge for the upcoming Sport Industry Awards 2020, McLennan Fordyce previously worked with Pembroke VCT and has also held senior roles across the industry, including Head of Sports and Games Marketing, Orange and Senior Director, Marketing and Communications, NBA.
He has also worked with WPP and Ivory Worldwide as well as advising on bids to host the Ryder Cup, Volvo Ocean Race and America’s Cup.
