Alistair Cameron, CEO of ASICS Europe B.V.said: ‘Despite trading conditions which continue to be challenging, ASICS Europe have followed up our excellent growth from 2012 into the first half of 2013. We are particularly pleased by the great success of our running apparel and our sustained position as the number one performance brand.’
Cameron added: ‘With the recent signing of South African Rugby Union and Australian Rugby Union, as well as the launch of Muscle Support apparel and a revolutionary new concept in natural running footwear – Super J33 – in 2014, ASICS continues to show performance leadership. We expect the second half of 2013 to continue the upward trend of the first half of the year.’
