Cadbury’s has launched a £50 million marketing campaign surrounding its sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics – starting with a television advert.
?Glass and A Half Full Productions, the team behind the famous Gorilla advert, have made the commercial.
The advert will launch what will be the focus of its London 2012 sponsorship – Spots v Stripes, a programme that aims to get at least a million people across the UK and Ireland participating in sport by 2012.?
The aim is for the country to divide into two teams of Spots and Stripes and sign-up to the official website.?
Players will be able to win points for their team by organising and playing games in their schools, workplaces and neighbourhoods. ?
Cadbury is aiming to put in place a network of Spots v Stripes Games ambassadors and 2,000 volunteers and will launch a nationwide tour later this month.
