Content marketing agency Captive Minds – the company behind the recent Walking With The Wounded polar expedition featuring Prince Harry – has appointed sports marketing specialist Peter Gostling as its new business development manager.
The agency is aiming to extend its reach in the sports space, where it already works with several clients including Aviva Premiership club, Saracens RFC.
Gostling previously looked after the marketing and sponsorship of group owned sports and lifestyle brands for Sports Direct PLC, including Karrimor, Dunlop, Slazenger, Nevica, No Fear and Lonsdale, and was instrumental in the recruitment of James Cracknell and Bonita Norris as brand ambassadors for Karrimor.

Peter will be responsible for new business and talent-led projects, reporting to Captive Minds’ co-founder, Alex Rayner.
