Channel 4 To Show Bt Paralympic Short-films
BT, the official communication services partner for London 2012, and Channel 4, the official broadcaster of the London 2012 Paralympic Games have revealed that a second series of short form films have been produced, following the success of the first series last year.
The new series films the athletes in their final preparations for the London 2012 Paralympic Games, and revolve around a day and night theme, shot in various locations around London.
BT and Channel 4 have again commissioned Boomerang to create the films, which will feature BT’s athlete ambassadors, including Paralympic gold and silver medal-winning swimmer Liz Johnson, nine-times Paralympic gold medal dressage champion Lee Pearson, Paralympic gold medal winner and record-breaking sprinter Oscar Pistorius and javelin world record-holder Nathan Stephens.
The second series of short-form films will air in Channel 4 peak time slots from Monday 21st May.
Once the films have premiered they will then be shown across the Channel 4 schedule and more4 schedules as well as on www.paralympics.channel4.com.

The short films form part of BT’s sponsorship of Paralympic sport on Channel 4.
The sponsorship includes a variety of programmes broadcast across the Channel 4 network leading up to the London 2012 Paralympic Games as well as the live coverage and highlights shows broadcast during the Games themselves.
