The London Legacy Development Corporation has appointed ICON to become the single supplier for the delivery of graphic production and brand implementation on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, in a new four-year deal.

ICON will become the one-stop shop to deliver a variety of projects and services aimed at enhancing visitor experience within Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, including permanent two and three dimensional installations, and branding for special and one-off events.

The new deal continues ICON’s work on the venue, who delivered the Look and Wayfinding packages for London 2012, and subsequent Park events including last year’s soft opening, the Sainsbury’s Anniversary Games, and the Sport Relief Mile.

ICON MD, Graham Clark said: ‘We are delighted to win this appointment. ICON has a close affinity with the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with many great memories of delivering branding for truly iconic events. This fantastic venue has truly delivered legacy, successfully transitioning from Olympic Park into a stunning multi-purpose venue to be enjoyed by all Londoner’s and tourist alike, and we are delighted to continue to be a part of it.

Director of Commercial & Park Marketing, Sarah Farrar added: ‘We are delighted to have ICON on board. Their expertise and knowledge of the Park is second to none. This provides a great platform for a successful working partnership.’

ICON, who also work with the BT Sport Industry Awards, will be delivering a broad range of specialist services including developing The Park brand identity, conceptual design of structures and products for interior and exterior branding, production of printed items and structures, and a full logistics and installation service.
