The EFL has extended its partnership with Thai Airways, giving the airline rights across all of the EFL’s five Finals.

The renewed agreement will see Thai Airways have prominent digital and in stadia presence at all EFL’s Finals at Wembley Stadium; Carabao Cup, Checkatrade Trophy, Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two Play-Off Finals.

Thai Airways will also have access to VIP tickets for fan competitions as they increase their digital and social media engagement in the UK and internationally. 


The BBC has revealed that its live FA Cup fifth round game between Chelsea and Manchester United pulled in a peak TV audience of 8.1m and 38.3% of available viewers to BBC One.

The match received a record 1.4m programme requests online for an FA Cup (domestic) game as viewers tuned into the coverage on BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport to witness Manchester United’s 2-0 victory at Stamford Bridge.


ukactive has agreed a three-year partnership with Elevate as part of a strategic alignment between the not-for-profit health body and the physical activity trade show.

The partnership will support Elevate as it evolves, with ukactive helping to set the agenda and drive the sector’s efforts to build a more active nation.

ukactive will continue its role as Lead Supporter of the ‘Strategies for an active nation’ seminar stream, aiming to drive momentum within the sector behind Sport England’s 2016-21 ‘Towards an Active Nation’ strategy.
