UK sports hospitality firm Keith Prowse has reached an agreement to acquire Gullivers Sports Travel and Events International.
The acquisition comes as part of Keith Prowse’s growth strategy, which includes plans to focus on stadia and arena contracts, and to bolster its corporate and consumer events business.
Gullivers’ partnership portfolio includes the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU), British and Irish Lions, the Monaco and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Royal Ascot, Cheltenham, and England’s international cricket tours.
Keith Prowse has collaborated with a number of UK sports venues, inlcuding Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Allianz Stadium, the O2 Arena, and ExCel London.
Outside of the UK, the Levy subsidiary has also partnered with Amsterdam’s Johan Cruijff Arena, and Dublin’s Aviva Stadium.
The takeover will see Gulliver’s Managing Director, Neil Salmon, join the Senior Leadership Team at Keith Prowse.
“By integrating Gullivers Sports Travel and Events International, we’re elevating our ability to provide a seamless, all-encompassing travel solution,” said Andy Vinsen, Managing Director at Keith Prowse.
“From booking to execution, our customers can expect a premium experience that exceeds their expectations.”
Neil Salmon, Managing Director of Gullivers Sports Travel and Events International, added, “Joining the Keith Prowse family marks a thrilling new chapter in our growth journey.

“Together, we’ll be able to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the travel and hospitality industries, delivering even more exceptional experiences to our customers and the rights holders we represent.”
