Kodak has announced that it will not be renewing its long-standing top-tier
sponsorship contract with the International Olympic Committee when the current
deal expires after the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.

Kodak claims to be the longest commercial partner of the IOC with their
relationship stretching back a number of decades and has been a TOP partner of
the governing body since the sponsorship structure was created.

The IOC has already reached agreements with eight of the existing twelve TOP
partners to continue their partnership with the Olympics beyond the Beijing 2008
Olympic Games.

The worldwide partners currently confirmed for Vancouver 2010 and London 2012
are Coca-Cola, Atos Origin, GE, McDonald’s, Omega, Panasonic, Samsung and Visa.

Panasonic and Samsung have extended their partnership until 2016 and
Coca-Cola’s partnership continues through to 2020.
