Red Bull has switched its high profile sports brief, ranging from its sponsorship of the cliff diving world series to the England Twenty20 captain Stuart Broad, to Pitch – according to media reports.
The account is also reported to include work for the company’s Formula One team, Red Bull Racing.
Red Bull hit the headlines last October following its backing of the record breaking Red Bull Stratos: Edge of Space stunt – which saw skydiver Felix Baumgartner jump from a balloon at 128,100 feet.
The move follows the recent acquisition of John Doe to launch three new drinks in the UK market – the blue, red and silver editions.
The brand had previously worked with London-based agency Pretty Green as a start-up in 2008.
Both Pitch or Red Bull are yet to confirm the partnership.
